If so, you will know the costs involved in replacing some of the many components that often breakdown on boilers and central heating systems. A circulating pump can cost £120.00, a printed circuit board £150.00 and a radiator in excess of £200.00
The Glowcare Service and Maintenance plan will give you the peace of mind of knowing that if your central heating system breaks down the costs will be covered by the scheme.
To ensure that your central heating system is working safely and efficiently, the plan also includes a full boiler & system service, this will be carried out either on inception of the plan, or within 28 days of the plan being taken out.
If you would like to take advantage of the plan and avoid expensive repairs, please complete the enclosed application form and return it with your remittance. Alternatively, you can book the annual service and our engineer will complete the documentation when he calls.

With this scheme, your tennants can ring us directly and arrange their own breakdown calls, avoiding all the complicated arrangements that have to be made between tennants, landlords and letting agents. The cover can also be made to include a landlords CP12 Gas Saftey Certificate.
What happens if you have a breakdown?
Simply telephone Glowarm, explain your problem and arrange for an engineer to call. There are no claim forms to fill in, no bills to pay - nothing could be easier.
3 Easy steps to protection and no more repair bills
- Step 1 - Contact Glowarm to arrange your central heating inspection and full boiler service
- Step 2 - Our Service Engineer will arrive at your property as arranged and will carry out a full service of your boiler & system, and inspect the system for Glowcare Cover suitability.
- Step 3 - Once our Engineer is happy that your system is suitable for Glowcare cover, he will complete the necessary forms and you will be covered !
In the event that the system is not suitable for cover, all you will have to pay is for the annual service. It's as simple as that.
SUMMARY OF COVER
Repairs to central heating systems can be very expensive. A hot water cylinder would cost over £300.00 to replace, a circulating pump £95.00, a printed circuit board £190.00 and even a radiator valve £130.00.

The boiler and controls as above plus radiators, lockshield, wheelhead and thermostatic valves, hot water cylinder (subject to Terms & Conditions), expansion tank and ball valve, expansion vessel and pressure gauge.
Combination boiler and system
The combination boiler and controls as above plus radiators, lockshield, wheelhead and thermostatic valves.
Conventional boiler & controls
All internal component parts of the boiler plus, timer, filling loop, room thermostat, frost thermostat and pipe thermostat.
